Journaling is a helpful practice that can encourage our spiritual growth. It’s particularly helpful for us introverted souls because we like to reflect on things, and to write.
Keep to a consistent journaling practice each day by taking a few minutes to pause, reflect, and pray. And use these prompts for your journaling and for your quiet time with God.
There’s no pressure, simply a quiet, reflective way into God’s presence.

Psalm 46:10
Be Still
Let this new year be your year of trusting God fully in all areas of your life. Guard your quiet time with Him. Make time for Him every morning when you wake, and every evening before you sleep.
Spending time with God is vital for us to grow in intimacy with Him.
He knows you, take the time to know Him through His Word, prayer, solitude, and journaling.
