Reflecting On Christ’s Unchanging Nature – Hebrews 13:8

My eldest nephew, Paul, turned 22 yesterday. He was about fourteen months old when I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour.

Even though I grew up in a religious family, I didn’t know until I was in my late twenties, that I had to make a proclamation of faith.

It is solely God’s love, mercy, and grace, leading me through various reading materials, and sermons where I learned to accept and confess Jesus Christ as my Saviour, and Lord over my life.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

HEBREWS 13:8 NKJV

The Lord Is Faithful

When I look at my life, I’m in awe of all that Jesus has done for me, all the trials He has brought me through.

It is His very nature that keeps me trusting Him, for He is always the same. Faithful and true.

Prayer

“Father God, You are the One True God, full of love, mercy, and grace. You are Holy and worthy to be praised! Thank You, for accepting me, and keeping me. In Jesus’ name, I pray this. Amen!”

Read through Hebrew 13:8 again, pray, and write down what the Holy Spirit shows you about what you’ve read.
